Welcome to the isolved People Cloud Mobile App Early Access program! As an early access user, this FAQ will guide you on what to expect as you participate in our program and where to go with feedback or questions. We look forward to hearing your thoughts.

The isolved People Cloud Mobile App Early Access program offers our People Heroes and their employees an opportunity to try our new mobile app. This program allows participants to experience the functionality of isolved People Cloud – from requesting time off to viewing paystubs – all from the convenience of their mobile device.

We ask for your feedback on your experience with these features in exchange for early access to the capability.

The Early Access Program will run until October 2023, starting on July 10th for isolved employees. Additional participants will be enrolled on a rolling basis with all isolved customers gaining access to the mobile app in October.

To participate in the isolved People Cloud Mobile App Early Access program, you must be an active isolved customer.

There is no additional cost to participate in the Early Access program.

You can simply remove the mobile app from your device anytime to leave early access.

By participating in the early access program, you’ll be among the first to gain access to isolved’s latest enhancement—the People Cloud Mobile App. The isolved People Cloud app provides employees a simple and seamless way to access their pay, time, benefits, talent, and other essential HR information anytime, anywhere, and from any device. With an enhanced user interface designed for today’s workforce, the app features consumer-grade technology and user-friendly elements.

During this early access period, you’ll be able to experience the app firsthand and provide valuable feedback to help us refine it for a successful release.

Please refer to the device-specific instructions to access and install the isolved People Cloud Mobile App.

  • If you are an Apple user: Click here to access instructions and download the TestFlight App.
    • Once downloaded, click on this link from your mobile device. This will give you the PeopleCloud App.
    • Use your work email to sign in.
  • If you are an Android user: You will need to provide your personal email address associated with your phone for our Development Team to send you a link to participate. Click here to submit your email address.
    • The use of personal email for Android users is temporary and will not be needed when the app goes LIVE in October.

The isolved People Cloud Mobile App delivers the same cutting-edge PWA experience in a mobile app frame. Users will continue to have access to the same consistent experience and performance on any device, with the added convenience of downloading the app directly from their preferred app store.

All feedback is welcome. As an early access participant, we look to you to help us refine the isolved People Cloud Mobile App before it becomes generally available in October. To provide feedback, please email mobileappsupport@isolvedhcm.com or use the feedback capabilities within the TestFlight app.

Once the early access period is over in October, the isolved People Cloud Mobile App will be available to all isolved customers. The early access version of the app will expire, and you’ll be able to download the generally available version via the App Store for your respective device to continue use.
