We have made a few exciting adjustments to our menu previously known as Client ACA Management.
- We have slightly tweaked the name of this menu item from Client ACA Management to ACA Client Management for future consistency purposes.
- Additional fields for Submission Date, IRS Receipt ID and Acceptance Status have been added and can now be viewed under Client Management > ACA Setup Options > ACA Client Management.
Inactive users receiving workflow and enrollment emails
In a previous release, a stop date field was added to client users setup screens to allow users to be inactivated. We have updated workflow and enrollment email logic to no longer send emails to users in client user groups who are inactive at the time the email is to be sent.
Example: Client User is associated to both workflow and enrollment email alerts. The user submitted their resignation and now has a stop date entered for 12/15/2021. The user will continue to get emails as triggered, through 12/14/2021, but beginning 12/15/2021 will no longer receive workflow and enrollment emails.
